Cathleen holds an Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Systems from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from Bridgewater State University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and brings decades of experience leading high-impact projects from business case through stabilization.
Her career includes executive finance leadership roles at a major East Coast retailer, where she spearheaded transformative initiatives across finance, IT, and operations.
She has successfully delivered enterprise programs leveraging platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Revionics (Pricing), Certinia, and Tableau—always with a focus on business process design, stakeholder engagement, and change management to secure adoption and long-term results.
